Delivery Terms
Express Delivery
Available only in select Canadian regions listed on our website.

3.2 Standard Delivery (Within Canada)
Standard delivery applies to most Canadian residential addresses.
Furniture cannot be left unattended.
If delivery attempts fail, our team or delivery partner will contact you for rescheduling.
Redelivery fees may apply due to:

Restricted access (narrow halls, stairs, gated buildings)

Freight charges depend on:

3.3 Remote & Rural Delivery
Deliveries to remote or rural Canadian locations may require additional fees.
